Shipping Policy
We endeavor to dispatch goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment. A working day is Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated.
We use An Post to deliver you order. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, we cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.
All address information must be accurate including the Eircode/postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. Baba &Jones cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address is insufficient or incorrect.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home receive the gift, which will be delivered by An Post.
Please email info@babaandjones.ie if your item has not been delivered within 5 working days of dispatch for Republic or Ireland orders and 15 working days for UK & 30 days for all all other locations
We DO NOT accept any responsibility/liability for goods lost in transit.
Estimated delivery times. An Post which is 1-3 days in Ireland, 7-10 days for UK and 10-25for all other countries.
All estimated delivery times are for informational purposes these may vary at busier times for the postal service.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy, please contact us by email info@babaandjones.com immediately and we will aim to rectify the issue ASAP
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, customised goods (i.e. personalised gifts) made according to custom specifications may not be returned unless they have been incorrectly processed by Baba & Jones. Incorrectly processed goods will be replaced
Baba & Jones cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information submitted to us was incorrect. We urge you to make sure that the details & information you provide to us for personalisation is correct, i.e. spelling of names (don’t forget the fada!), dates etc.
